Web3 Serv does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Digital assets involve significant risks, including market volatility, technology risk, regulatory uncertainty, liquidity risk, and potential loss of value.
Market and Liquidity Risk
Digital assets may rise or fall rapidly and may become illiquid or unavailable for trading in certain markets. Web3 Serv does not guarantee price, liquidity, listing, or any secondary market.
Technology and Smart-Contract Risk
- Smart contracts, wallets, interfaces, or RPC providers may have bugs, downtime, or vulnerabilities.
- Transactions may be irreversible and may execute on the wrong network or address if the user signs them.
- Network upgrades, changes, congestion, or fees may disrupt or delay functionality.
Regulatory and Tax Risk
Laws, guidance, and enforcement practices related to digital assets, KYC/AML, sanctions, and tax may change. This may impose restrictions, prohibitions, additional requirements, or platform changes.
Custody and Key Risk
You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases. Loss or disclosure may result in loss of access or assets, and Web3 Serv cannot recover your private keys.
W3S and Utility Risk
W3S is a utility token designed for use within the Web3 Serv ecosystem. It does not represent equity, ownership, dividends, profit-sharing rights, or guaranteed returns.
W3S utility depends on continued platform development, eligible-service availability, compliance, and operational acceptance. Functionality, restrictions, or eligibility may change over time.

Web3 Serv verification, review, or audit-related services do not represent investment advice, project endorsement, or a guarantee of success. They are designed to improve transparency and provide structured review based on available information.

Community and Rewards Risk
Community rewards are locked before TGE and are subject to verification, KYC, fraud checks, and final eligibility review. Rewards may be rejected or cancelled if abuse, duplication, or policy violations are detected.
Sanctions and Eligibility Risk
A user participation may be blocked, rejected, frozen, or reviewed if checks indicate sanctions, AML, geo-circumvention, failed-verification, or compliance conflict risk.
