Terms governing points, Locked W3S Credits, quests, verification, and anti-abuse controls.

Core Disclaimer

Community rewards are locked before TGE and are subject to verification, KYC, fraud checks, and final eligibility review. Rewards may be rejected or cancelled if abuse, duplication, or policy violations are detected.

Nature of Locked Credits

  • They are not money, a deposit, or a withdrawable balance before final eligibility.
  • They are non-transferable, non-sellable, and non-assignable before TGE and applicable vesting.
  • They may be subject to KYC, fraud checks, and final review.

Earning Points and Rewards

Points or rewards are counted only when a valid, verifiable quest is completed under campaign rules. Campaigns may change, end, or be cancelled where risk or abuse appears.

Anti-Abuse

  • Multiple accounts or wallets used to manipulate rewards are prohibited.
  • Automated, fake, duplicate, or stolen quest activity is not eligible.
  • Points, credits, or badges may be withheld or cancelled when abuse is detected.

Vesting

Community rewards, when approved, are subject to 25% at TGE and 75% daily over 540 days, unless a specific campaign term or compliance requirement states otherwise.

No Value Guarantee

Web3 Serv does not guarantee that points, Locked W3S Credits, or W3S will have market value, liquidity, or saleability. Community participation is not an investment.

Tax and Personal Compliance

Rewards, credits, or tokens may be subject to tax or reporting obligations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for seeking appropriate advice and local compliance.
