Who We Are and How to Contact Us
Web3 Serv is the controller for site and platform data unless a service agreement or data-processing contract states otherwise. Privacy requests may be submitted through the official contact page.
Data We May Collect
- Contact and request data: name, email, company, project type, and message.
- Wallet and account data: wallet address, signatures, sessions, and KYC or KYB status.
- Compliance data: verification results, sanctions or PEP status, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information when requested, and wallet-risk indicators.
- Usage and technical data: IP address, approximate country, device, browser, security logs, and limited analytics events.
- Community data: quests, points, Locked W3S Credits, referrals, and social-verification status.
- Orders and payments data: service orders, invoices, payment status, and transaction identifiers when present.
Sources of Data
We receive data directly from you, from your wallet or site activity, from verification providers such as Sumsub, from infrastructure and analytics providers, and from public blockchain records.
Purposes of Use
- Operating the site, dashboards, wallets, and sessions.
- Processing service requests, communications, and commercial responses.
- Performing KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions, and risk checks.
- Managing the public sale, Locked W3S Credits, vesting, and reports when active.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, geo-circumvention, and protecting systems.
- Complying with law, responding to competent requests, and protecting legal rights.
- Improving performance, security, and user experience without selling personal data.
Potential Legal Bases
Depending on jurisdiction and context, we may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn where legally available without affecting prior processing.
Blockchain Data
Wallet addresses and transactions published on public networks may be permanent and visible to multiple parties. Web3 Serv cannot delete or alter a public blockchain record it does not control.
Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the account, provide services, perform compliance, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. KYC/AML, security, and request records may be retained longer where law or risk management requires it.
Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port data, avoid discrimination, or complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Web3 Serv does not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. privacy laws.
Security, Children, and Changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data, but no system is completely secure. The site is not intended for children. This policy may be updated as the product, law, or providers change.
