Restricted Access Only
Access to the Qualified Investors Office and data rooms is not a public right. It requires KYC, eligibility screening, jurisdiction screening, AML and sanctions checks, and Web3 Serv approval where needed.
Not a Public Offering
- It is not a public token-sale page.
- It is not investment advice or a public solicitation.
- It is not a promise of profit, success, or listing.
- Displaying a project in the restricted environment does not endorse that project.
Confidentiality and No Sharing
Data-room content, reports, and project introductions may not be copied, republished, shared, or used except under the written terms applicable to that environment.
Qualified User Duties
- Provide accurate and current eligibility information.
- Notify Web3 Serv when eligibility, jurisdiction, or regulatory status changes.
- Do not rely on information alone without independent due diligence and appropriate advisers.
- Do not access on behalf of a prohibited or ineligible person.
Revocation of Access
Web3 Serv may revoke or suspend access at any time where eligibility changes, compliance risk exists, confidentiality is breached, abuse occurs, or a competent authority requests it.
