Who We Are and How to Contact Us

Web3 Serv is the controller for site and platform data unless a service agreement or data-processing contract states otherwise. Privacy requests may be submitted through the official contact page.

Data We May Collect

  • Contact and request data: name, email, company, project type, and message.
  • Wallet and account data: wallet address, signatures, sessions, and KYC or KYB status.
  • Compliance data: verification results, sanctions or PEP status, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information when requested, and wallet-risk indicators.
  • Usage and technical data: IP address, approximate country, device, browser, security logs, and limited analytics events.
  • Community data: quests, points, Locked W3S Credits, referrals, and social-verification status.
  • Orders and payments data: service orders, invoices, payment status, and transaction identifiers when present.

Sources of Data

We receive data directly from you, from your wallet or site activity, from verification providers such as Didit, from infrastructure and analytics providers, and from public blockchain records.

Purposes of Use

  • Operating the site, dashboards, wallets, and sessions.
  • Processing service requests, communications, and commercial responses.
  • Performing KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions, and risk checks.
  • Managing the public sale, Locked W3S Credits, vesting, and reports when active.
  • Preventing fraud, abuse, geo-circumvention, and protecting systems.
  • Complying with law, responding to competent requests, and protecting legal rights.
  • Improving performance, security, and user experience without selling personal data.

Data Sharing and Service Providers

Web3 Serv uses the service providers below to run the site and the platform. Each receives the personal data its service needs when you use the site or the feature named. Some act on Web3 Serv's instructions; others, such as the networks you choose to link, also apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Some providers process data outside the country where you live. Our servers and our database are in the European Union, and Cloudflare operates worldwide.

  • Cloudflare — our network edge, content delivery and security service. Every request to the site, and every response, passes through it, with your IP address, browser details, the page you request and our cookies. The secure connection ends at Cloudflare's edge, so it can read what passes through, including what you send in forms. It also reports the country used for the sale's eligibility checks, runs security checks in your browser, and counts visits.
  • Oracle Cloud — hosts our servers in Frankfurt, Germany, which process every request and keep operational logs.
  • Google Cloud (Firebase, Cloud Firestore) — our database, in the European Union. It stores account, community, verification-status, sale-review and request data.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — measure how the site is used, from page addresses, browser details and your IP address. A public profile's page address contains its wallet address; the wallet address in a referral link is removed before anything is sent. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent; until then, measurement runs without them.
  • Google Workspace — our email. If you write to us, your message and your address are processed there.
  • Didit — identity verification (KYC), AML and sanctions screening, and the network check made at verification. Didit collects your identity document, face images and IP address itself, and returns the outcome to us with your wallet address.
  • Reown (WalletConnect) — connects your wallet to the site. It receives your wallet address and network, your IP address and the site's address, and, for QR-code and mobile wallets, it relays the connection session between the site and your wallet.
  • Alchemy — reads the blockchain for the site, from your browser and from our server, with BNB Chain's public endpoints and thirdweb as fallbacks. From your browser they receive your IP address and the wallet addresses in each read, including your own balance and position reads; from our server, the wallet addresses our checks read.
  • Telegram — runs our community group and channel, and the account link you can make to them, processing your Telegram account details and messages under its own terms. We also receive operational alerts in a private Telegram chat, which can include a member's wallet address, the outcome of a verification, the total a buyer asks to have cleared by an enhanced review, and large purchases recorded on chain.
  • CAS (Combot Anti-Spam) — checks the Telegram account number of anyone asking to join our group against its spam list.
  • Discord — if you link your Discord account, we receive its number and username and check that you belong to our server.
  • X — if you link your X account, we receive its number and public profile details and, where a task needs it, check with your permission whether you follow an account.
  • Professional advisers and competent authorities when required or necessary to protect rights.
  • Public blockchain records when you sign or submit a transaction.

Blockchain Data

Wallet addresses and transactions published on public networks may be permanent and visible to multiple parties. Web3 Serv cannot delete or alter a public blockchain record it does not control.

By the nature of public blockchains, purchase transactions and smart-contract events are permanently and publicly recorded on-chain, including the buyer's and referrer's wallet addresses, the wallet's permitted purchase cap (which reflects its approved limit tier), opaque invoice IDs, and partner-tier events, without any names, identity documents, or biometric data ever being written on-chain.

Sale Attribution Data

When you open the sale through a referral link, the referrer's wallet address is kept in your browser for that session and sent with your request for a voucher. Web3 Serv's server uses it, with your country as reported by our network provider and the referrer's verification and account status, to decide whether the purchase is attributed. What the server decides is written into the signed voucher; the link itself is not stored in our database.

An attributed purchase is recorded on the public blockchain: the buyer's wallet, the referrer's wallet and the amounts paid. A buyer's first referrer is bound to the buyer on chain permanently. Because only a verified wallet can be named as a referrer, a referral recorded on chain shows publicly that the referrer's wallet had passed identity verification at that time.

Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the account, provide services, perform compliance, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. KYC/AML, security, and request records may be retained longer where law or risk management requires it.

Cookies and Analytics

The site may use cookies or local storage necessary for sessions, security, language preferences, and wallet functionality. Web3 Serv uses limited, privacy-conscious analytics where enabled and does not use advertising cookies to sell data or track users across sites.

Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port data, avoid discrimination, or complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Web3 Serv does not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. privacy laws.

Security, Children, and Changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data, but no system is completely secure. The site is not intended for children. This policy may be updated as the product, law, or providers change.
