Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: 30 June 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid Web3 Serv memberships and services. Token features are off by default and are not sold here.
1.Subscriptions
Paid memberships renew automatically for the chosen period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
2.Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for periods already started. Where required by mandatory consumer law, or at our discretion for a clear service failure, we may issue a pro-rata refund.
3.Service engagements
Fixed-scope services (e.g. a Trust Mark assessment or a report) are billed per engagement. Fees become non-refundable once work has materially begun; unused, not-yet-started portions may be refundable.
4.How to cancel
Cancel from your account, or contact us via /contact. We confirm cancellations by email.
5.Failed payments & chargebacks
If a payment fails, access to paid features may pause until it is resolved. Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can help.
6.Changes
We may change pricing or this policy prospectively; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
