Subprocessors

Web3 Serv uses a small set of trusted third parties to operate the platform. They process limited data on our behalf under data-protection terms. This page lists current subprocessors and is updated when they change.
1.Hosting & delivery
Vercel (application hosting) and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, and edge protection) route requests and serve the site.
2.Backend & data
Google Firebase — Authentication, Cloud Firestore (database, hosted in the EU multi-region eur3), and Cloud Storage (uploaded documents). This is our primary data store.
3.Caching & rate limiting
Upstash (serverless Redis) — abuse and cost protection for sensitive endpoints. Active only when configured.
4.Identity verification (KYC)
Sumsub — identity verification for sensitive flows (e.g. qualified-investor access) only. We store only a unified status and an applicant identifier, never identity documents. Active only when configured.
5.Payments
Moyasar (licensed fiat payment gateway) — fiat billing for memberships and services. Card data is handled by the gateway, not by Web3 Serv.
6.Email
Transactional email is delivered over our managed SMTP (cPanel) from [email protected].
7.Error monitoring
Sentry (EU region) — application error and performance monitoring, with PII collection disabled. Active only when configured.
8.Data residency & changes
Primary data residency is the EU (Firestore eur3). We will reflect any addition or change of a subprocessor on this page.
