Sanctions Policy

Effective: 30 June 2026

Web3 Serv maintains a conservative sanctions posture. We do not provide services to sanctioned persons or jurisdictions, and we geo-gate restricted regions.

1.Restricted jurisdictions

We do not offer services to the United States or to comprehensively OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria). Requests from these locations to gated areas are blocked at the edge.

2.How we enforce it

Country is determined at the network edge (Cloudflare) and gated in middleware; blocked requests receive an HTTP 451 notice and no service. Region-level sanctions that cannot be expressed by country code are handled by policy.

3.Screening

Where regulated financial surfaces are enabled (only through a licensed entity or licensed partner), sanctions and watch-list screening apply to those flows. Those surfaces additionally restrict the United States.

4.Prohibited use

You may not use Web3 Serv to evade sanctions or on behalf of a sanctioned person. We may suspend or terminate access on credible indication of sanctions exposure.

5.Updates

We update this policy as sanctions lists and the services we offer change.
