Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Effective: 30 June 2026

This page sets out the law that governs your use of Web3 Serv and how disputes are resolved.

1.Governing law

These terms and your use of the platform are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, where the Web3 Serv group holding company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are preserved where they apply.

2.Good-faith resolution

Before any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us via /contact so we can try to resolve the matter in good faith. Most issues can be settled this way.

3.Forum

If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica, or to binding arbitration where the parties agree in writing. Nothing here removes a right you cannot waive by law.

4.Jurisdiction-gated services

Regulated financial services, where offered, are provided only through a licensed entity or licensed partner and are governed additionally by that entity's terms and its regulator's jurisdiction.

5.Language

We provide these documents in English and Arabic for convenience. If there is a conflict of interpretation, the English version controls.

6.Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
